While we would love to find out that Jacey Jarman is indeed related to famed experimental director Derek Jarman, all of our research has shown that to not be the case. However, that does mean that Jacey is her own woman, free to make a life and career without constantly living in the shadow of a substantially more famous relative, and isn’t that what anyone trying to make it in this cutthroat business really wants; to stand on their own two feet? The British beauty does indeed hail from the UK but maybe Jarman is a surname like Smith or Jones over there and every Tom Jarman, Dick Jarman, and Harry Jarman has to deal with this same line of stereotyping. As for Jacey Jarman, we don’t honestly know that much about her. She’s only got one acting credit to her name—well, technically two, we’ll get to that in a moment—so it’s not easy finding much information on her. Here’s what we do know: Jacey’s screen debut came in the 2015 UK miniseries Silent Hours, where she played a murder victim whose death kicks off the plot of the film. Most of her role comes to us in flashback, including a pair of sex scenes, though sadly she doesn’t go nude. Six years later, the miniseries was edited down into a two and a half hour feature film that was released internationally, bringing the sexy and talented Jacey to a whole new audience! While the movie didn’t unearth a secret nude scene, it was nice to have Jacey back in our lives, if only for a moment!
